My name is Stef, and I’m a 35-year-old corporate executive in Minneapolis, MN. I’ve been married for over 9 years to an amazing man. We don’t have children; we do have strong family connections; and we both have active, busy, joyful lives.
In addition to yoga, I spend my time playing, socializing, meditating, reading, writing, listening, working, creating, driving, walking, observing, learning, volunteering, caring, sharing, traveling, experiencing… in a word, living.
