About This Site

My name is Stef, and I began my Yoga Teacher Training process on May 16, 2010.  (To learn more about me or about the path that led me to arrive at yoga teacher training, click on the appropriate link[s] at the top of the page.)  This website is a journal of the year-long journey I took from yoga student to yoga teacher.  At the time I started my training program, I had no idea what the upcoming twelve months may yield; but I was very excited for the opportunity to find out.  I finished my program on July 14, 2011; I’m now an ‘officially certified’ yoga instructor.  :)

If you’d like to get an overview for my training program, and all I did over the course of the year, you can get a quick review by clicking on the “Progress Report” tab.  Each item then links to a detailed description of that particular class/event.  I think the rest of the tabs are pretty self-explanatory.  :)

If you’d like to leave me a note about your thoughts, or about your experience(s) with yoga, I’d love to hear from you!  You can either leave a comment anywhere on the blog, or use the Contact Me page.  Regardless of whether you reach out, or simply read a bit, I’m delighted that you stopped by.  Thank you for your interest!
